Not your average management training. This maverick approach goes beyond the course notes and powerpoint presentation to bring in round table discussions, props and more to encourage active interaction and engagement. Management skills looks at the people in the role and honing their abilities in areas such as conflict resolution, chairing meetings and staff evaluations. After all, a good manager is good irrespective of what area of business s/he is manager of and dependant on how s/he interacts with staff, suppliers and customers. This workshop is developed for one to ones with both SME owner/managers and corporations.
This 1 day workshop engages participants, teaching them the power of their voice and how to best use it. This develops the individual and creates an understanding of what makes a good presenter and how they themselves can unlock their potential. The workshop concludes with each participant speaking in front of others and receiving group feedback.

This 2 hour workshop introduces some of the fundamental principles of the ancient Chinese Practice of T'ai Chi Ch'uan and explores how they can be applied in our daily lives, both at a business and personal level. Appropriate for team building and events, T'ai Chi for Business and Life engages participants both physically and mentally.
Developed for schools, Enterprising Dedicated Dynamic Youth uses mentoring to encourage youth to develop an early interest in business. The workshop includes a brief introduction on the basic principles of business and encourages participants to challenge traditional ideas and standards.
