Edwina Hughes...

Edwina Hughes is the Maverick entrepreneur who founded Eddy & Co Limited in 1990. The Company philosophy is based upon her fundamental belief that a successful enterprise and its personnel are not mutually exclusive.

Her spark was formally ignited at Durham University Business School when undertaking the Professional Certificate in Business Counselling - when she realised she was already doing it.

Prior to that light bulb experience, Edwina enjoyed an eclectic career in Oil & Petrochemicals, TV, Media and Public Relations. Subsequently, she developed a successful freelance management consultancy & training business from which Eddy & Co Limited was born.

Her passion, vision, and commitment to personal and professional development for herself, clients and colleagues form the core of Eddy & Co Limited.

Edwina maintains an active hands-on role within the Company. She is also a writer, Fellow of the RSA and Chair of a Loan Panel for SMEs (small & medium sized enterprises) funding.

Out of work, she can often be found in the aerobics studio where she's currently hooked on Body Combat!

Edwina is one of a kind. With her creative, lively and can do approach, she rises above the obvious and mundane to provide fresh, practical and highly usable business advice.
